Who qualifies for the 60 night trial?

To qualify for the 60 night trial you must make payment in full using a debit or credit card, and be a resident at an address within the mainland UK (excluding Northern Ireland and all offshore islands) and providing you haven’t taken one of our products on trial before.

Which products can be ordered on the 60-night trial?

The 60-night trial is only available for our standard size mattresses. Pillows and sleigh beds are excluded from the offer.

How many products can be ordered on the 60-night trial?

Only one mattress can be trialled per household.

When do I pay for the products?

Full payment for the mattress including our standard delivery charge is payable up front. We will collect this payment from you as normal, so you will be asked to pay during checkout through the website.

Are prices including or excluding VAT and Delivery Charge?

On the website the product prices are inclusive of VAT but exclusive of delivery charge. On the checkout page or the shopping basket the total amount payable is inclusive of VAT and delivery charge.

When will my products be delivered?

Under normal circumstances our deliveries are sent on a next day courier service. You can specify a later delivery if you wish. If there is any problem with delivery or if it will be delayed for any reason our sales staff will contact you.

If I don’t like the product, how do I get my money back?

In the unlikely event that you are dissatisfied with the mattress in any way and wish to cancel the agreement, you must contact a member of our Customer Service Team within the 60-night trial period on 0845 833 2225. We will then arrange for the mattress to be collected and refund your payment, less our initial and return delivery charges, which are not refundable.
